Home designer here, and make my own prints in house. This is my second HP, and am impressed so far by how far they've come. Newer cartridges are larger and cost less than my previous model. Modern features, intuitive touchscreen to verify ink levels on the machine, and the cutter is less accessible to curious fingers or cat paws while in use (yet easy to open up for access). Easy enough switching between roll paper and sheets, although you may need to feed one sheet at a time (but that's what other printers are for). Vivid colours. Quite satisfied with this unit for my purposes.
